While we won't list all of them here, we will provide the essential graphics details and specifications you need to share with your graphic designer or marketing team.


Required image sizes

  • Main Banner: 1200 x 400 pixels

  • Event Logo: 400 x 250 pixels

  • Thumbnail: 330 x 160 pixels

  • Social sharing: 1200 x 628 pixels

  • Ticket Template: 2480 x 3508 pixels (A4)

Detailed Guide - Graphic Dimensions and Placement

FLB - Facebook Share Linkbox Image

  • Placement: The share link displays when the link is shared on Facebook.

  • Format: jpg or png

  • File Size: 250kb recommended

  • Dimensions: 1200 x 400 px

  • Notes: Can contain logos and text. It should include a background or, at minimum, a background gradient or color.


HPT - Home Page Thumbnail

  • Placement: The Pulse Ticketing homepage event thumbnail asset.

  • Format: jpg or png

  • File Size: 250kb max

  • Dimensions: 400 x 250 px (updated size from image details)

  • Notes: Can contain logos and text. It should include a background or, at minimum, a background gradient or color.


TEB - Event Background

  • Placement: The single event page. This asset is the main background visible on the individual event sales pages.

  • Format: jpg or png

  • File Size: 500kb max

  • Dimensions: 2480 x 3508 px (updated size from image details)

  • Notes: Avoid using text in this image to maintain a clean look on mobile devices. Focus on professional artwork. Keep event-specific text in the event logo (TEL) instead.


TEL - Event Logo

  • Placement: The single event page. This asset is the centered logo displayed in front of the event background (TEB) asset.

  • Format: PNG with transparency

  • File Size: 200kb max

  • Dimensions: 500 x 300 px max (larger sizes are resized)

  • Notes: Use logos and text on a transparent background for the best appearance. Keep the background transparent unless it aligns with your design.


TTT - Ticket Template

  • Placement: The template used for each e-ticket. This is not visible on the website except for admins.

  • Format: jpg

  • File Size: 10mb max (2mb is standard)

  • Dimensions: 210 x 297 mm (A4 Portrait)

  • Notes:

    • Follow preset areas for QR code, customer name, and ticket number.

    • Use Pulse Ticketing's template as a starting point.

    • Hide the "Fixed Template Elements" layer when exporting.

    • Avoid dark backgrounds to save customers' ink when printing.



Pro Tip: E-tickets are eco-friendly when guests use their phones to display tickets. However, tickets with very dark backgrounds are costly to print, and excess ink is used to produce them. Balance creativity and functionality for the best results.
