The name change feature in Pulse Ticketing allows ticket holders to update attendee information straightforwardly. This functionality is essential for managing ticket transfers, updating corporate bookings, and handling last-minute attendee changes.


Steps to Change Names

  1. Locate Ticket
    • Find the specific ticket row in your dashboard
    • Identify the correct attendee record
  2. Access Menu
    • Look for the gear icon (⚙️) in the rightmost column
    • Click to reveal dropdown options
  3. Select Change Option
    • Choose "Change Name" from the dropdown menu
    • The system will display a name change form
  4. Enter New Details
    • Input new attendee information
    • Verify all required fields are complete
  5. Confirm Changes
    • Review updated information
    • Submit the name change request
    • The system will update ticket details
  6. Verify Update
    • Check ticket details to confirm changes
    • Review confirmation notification
    • Access ticket history if needed
    • Resent the ticket once you are satisfied with the changes.
