Access and download ticket data from multiple locations within Pulse Ticketing. This guide explains the quick access method, download locations, and best practices for managing your ticket data exports.

Quick Access Method

  1. Click the settings/cog wheel icon from any page

  2. Select "Download Tickets" option

  3. Data downloads for the currently selected event

  • Events page

  • Reports dashboard

  • Individual event view

  • Any page showing event context

Note: Downloaded files can be filtered in Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze your data more effectively.
