Overview

Facebook conversion tracking in Pulse Ticketing enables detailed monitoring of ad performance and purchase behaviors through Facebook Pixel integration. The system tracks website purchases and values through Ads Manager customization, requiring per-ad activation and a 7-14 day data collection period for accurate reporting. 

Prerequisites:

  • Active Facebook Pixel on Pulse events

  • Facebook Ads Manager access

Steps:

  1. Enable Pixel tracking for each ad:

    • Go to ad-level settings

    • Find the Pixel switch at the bottom

    • Activate switch (turns blue)

  2. Monitor conversions:

    • Wait 7-14 days for data collection

    • In Ads Manager, click the Performance/Engagement dropdown

    • Select Customize Columns

    • Add "Website Purchase" and "Website Purchase Value"

    • Save as preset for future reference

Note: Pixel must be enabled per ad for tracking to work. Check the blue switch indicator to confirm activation.
